- - The system now detects the baud rate and switches to match
- your system. Both 300 and 1200 baud are supported. The system
- will also allow you to switch to 450 baud if you logged on at
- 300 baud.

- - The system also detects and switches to match your parity
- and number of data bits. Only EVEN and NO parity is
- supported. Even parity requires 7 data bits. No parity should
- be used to perform XMODEM uploads and downloads.

- - The messages can be read with a stacked read command now. For
- example r;10;14;32+ will cause messages 10, 14 and 32 plus all
- messages beyond 32 to be displayed one at a time.

- - Password can be changed with the PW function.

- - Page length for screen scroll can be changed with the PL
- function; the default is 23 lines.

- - An asterisk (*) can be used in place of a message number on the
- R, S, and Q functions to start from the next message after the
- highest one you have read.

- - SYSOP now has functions to maintain and list the USERS file.

- - RBBS keeps a profile from call to call. This includes the
- states of <P>rompt, <L>ine feed, e<X>pert, and your last margin
- setting. It also will track the highest message you read and the
- number of times you have been on. This will be updated when you
- use <G>oodbye.

- - The message editor now prompts for a Subfunction. It still
- works the same as always. The comments to SYSOP now has the editor
- support also.

- - The editor <L>ist subfunction accepts a line number to start listing
- from a line. the form is: L;line. Example: L;3

- you will be asked to supply a short description. You can also
- specify the directory you want to read by placing a ; and a
- number after the L. Example: L;2 lists directory 2.
